Returns & Exchanges

At DRESS TO IMPRESS, we want you to feel confident in every outfit; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
